LLAMAYU
Chilean artist Keka Ruiz Tagle exhibits for the first time in Barcelona at the Ceramics Association of Catalonia.
“Llamayu, harvest time, is the time when the sun is closest to the earth, and the festival (Inti Raymi) is celebrated, which is one of the largest manifestations in memory of the Andean identity. It takes place during and after the winter solstice, with expressions full of ancestral symbolism.
Homage and gratitude is given to Mother Earth (Pachamama) for the harvests received, the ripening of the fruits. Shamans, purify and renew energies, appreciating the interrelationship between man and the creator. Crossing the bridge to start again. ” Keka Ruiz – Tagle
