Amelia Johannsen is a multidisciplinary artist working primarily in ceramics, based in Montseny. Her practice explores texture, transformation, and the emotional presence of objects, creating sculptural forms that sit between function and art.
Her work is deeply influenced by natural processes, erosion, and imperfection, often embracing asymmetry and raw surfaces. Through clay, she investigates themes of ritual, stillness, and the quiet energy held within handmade objects.
Amelia’s pieces feel grounded and intentional, with a strong sculptural presence. Works especially well in minimal interiors where texture and form can stand out.
