Melam ode to home

An Ode to Home in Barcelona

Melam is a cultural collective that presents global artists and creators with local roots. It was founded by two creatives based in Barcelona: Sejal Parekh, a British-Indian interdisciplinary artist, and Davina Rajoopillai, a British-Sri Lankan creative and cultural consultant.

An Ode to Home

Melam’s inaugural event explores the deep connections between creativity and the concept of home. Enjoy live performances, panel discussions, visual storytelling, and culinary delights by Baby Jalebi, culminating in a DJ session featuring Bad Bunny’s latest album, “Debí Tirar Más Fotos”, a heartfelt tribute to Puerto Rico—his own Ode to Home.

Join us to feel the heartbeat of home through the stories of artists and cultural leaders who turn distance into creation.
