March 6th – April 3rd 2020 “Lucha como un brezo” is a miscellany of works inspired by the power of plants, understanding “power” as a Spinozian assertion of “what a plant can do”. The exhibition opens up a range of possible scenarios on the power of plants – as a cure and embodiment of Pacha knowledge, as well as a poetical-political resistance device against the capitalisation of health.
February 20 – April 18, 2020First solo exhibition of the Barcelona artist Cesc Abad in the Víctor Lope gallery. In Dystopian Landscape, Abad presents his new project with a selection of paintings, works on paper and ceramic sculptures that investigates the defects of our society through his own dystopian world in which he creates impossible landscapes and future scenarios full of inconsistencies and primary colors.
