Practices of Presence and Trace
Overview
Practices of Presence and Trace is a guided artistic journey investigating the conditions from which gesture can emerge. Through body, attention, movement and mark-making, participants explore the relationship between presence and trace before form becomes fixed.
17 October: Sessions 1 and 2, 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00.
24 October: Sessions 3 and 4, 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00.
31 October: Performance Day, 10:00–13:00.
The first session may be taken independently. Participation in the following sessions requires completion of the preceding journey. Materials are included. Maximum group size: 6 participants.
