World Press Photo Barcelona 2020
November 13 - December 20
World Press Photo Barcelona 2020 will open to the public this year with limited capacity at the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona from the 13th of November to the 20th of December. It's one of the few exhibitions of the renowned photojournalism competition to take place this year.
Pre-ordering your ticket is required to ensure compliance with health regulations and the comfort of those attending. Tickets are available at photographicsocialvision.org
As a new feature of this new edition, Photographic Social Vision, the foundation that has been organising the exhibition for 16 years, is extending its offer with online guided tours, accompanied by the expert analysis of its educational team and which will be available through the online platform Filmin (www.filmin.es), open to subscribers and for rent to non-subscribers. Schools will also be able to access online guided tours, in this case accompanied by a complete educational guide.
Another new feature this year is the microsite which brings together advance ticket sales, sale of the exhibition catalogue, access to the new online guided tour, as well as access to other exclusive and free content, such as interviews with some of the winners of World Press Photo 2020.
On-site guided tours for schools can be booked via the above-mentioned website. However, those for the general public and for companies and organisations are cancelled until further notice, due to the latest health restrictions.
Tuesday to Friday: 3pm to 8pm.
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 11am to 8pm.
Mondays not public holidays closed (open on 7 December).
