Chakra Art Exhibition

A sensory experience where art & yoga come together
Malwina Ostrowska, graphic designer, illustrator and yoga teacher, shares in this proposal of yoga & art, a personal project started years ago.
“I am fascinated and inspired by the human body, emotions, energies, the total depth of being and experiencing life. Yoga taught me to listen, observe and feel how energy moves in different parts of the body, and art is a way to express what is experienced. This personal work of interpretation of the 7 chakras, began with the 1st Muladhara chakra and ends with the last Sahasrara chakra, which we will reveal during the exhibition. I invite you to experience a visual journey with me, let me guide you through those centers, discover the secrets and the potential that you have inside. ”
The event takes place in 2 parts:
1st part:
Yoga practice with Malwina.
During this class we will flow in circular Vinyasas (which link movement and breathing) from the base of the spine to the top. We will discover the correspondence of the chakras with other parts of the body, such as the arms and legs. Through practice, we will balance our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

2nd part:
Inauguration of the Exhibition of the 6th chakras:
1-Muladhara
2-Svadhisthana
3-Manipura
4-Anahata
5-Visuddha
6-Ajna
We will reveal the 7th Sahasrara chakra!
Schedule:
- 16:00 - 17:30 Chakra Flow Special class guided by Malwina // € 20 / person
- 18:00 Opening of the exhibition.
- 7:00 pm Revelation of the 7th the last Sahasrara chakra
During the inauguration we will offer a snack accompanied by a drink to freshen up. Access to the opening is free.
Malwina in collaboration with Nebula LAB prints (in silkscreen) their creations on t-shirts, kimonos and paper that will be on sale during the event.
